These terms cover your use of Inner Circle, a service run by Inner Circle in Hong Kong. By sending a message or creating a VIP page, you agree to them.
What Inner Circle does
Guests pay to send a private message to a VIP, such as an athlete, coach, doctor, physiotherapist, trainer or actor. The VIP replies personally. Each VIP sets their own price and reply deadline, shown before you pay.
Accounts
- Guests can send a message with just a name and email address. You sign in with a link we email you.
- VIPs apply through the site. We may approve, decline or remove a VIP page at any time.
- You must be 18 or older, and the email you use must be yours.
Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Inner Circle keeps a 20% platform fee. When a VIP replies, the rest is paid to them, either through Stripe (VIPs then complete Stripe's account setup and agree to Stripe's terms) or directly by Inner Circle by bank transfer where Stripe payouts aren't available.
- Some VIPs offer a priority reply for an extra charge. If they don't reply within 24 hours, you're refunded in full, including the extra charge.
- Some VIPs offer a monthly membership: a set number of messages each month, billed monthly until you cancel. Unused messages carry over while you're a member and end when the membership ends. A member message the VIP doesn't answer in time is returned to you.
- Once per message, a VIP may extend the reply deadline by 2 days (not for priority replies). You're told the new date, and a missed deadline is refunded as usual.
- The Club (The Member, The Insider and The Private) is billed monthly in USD until you cancel. Each month's messaging credit can be spent on messages to any VIP priced in USD and expires at the end of that billing month; it isn't cash and can't be withdrawn. If a VIP doesn't reply in time to a message paid with credit, the credit is returned. Priority placement and pinning put your message higher in a VIP's inbox but don't guarantee a reply. Upgrades start immediately with a prorated charge; cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid month. These terms don't limit any refund rights you have under applicable law.
- VIP invites: a VIP who invites another VIP with their invite link earns 3% of what fans pay the new VIP (messages, tips and memberships) for the new VIP's first 12 months. It comes out of Inner Circle's fee, not the new VIP's share. It isn't paid on refunded payments, and we may withhold it for self-referrals, fake accounts or misuse.
- You can tip a VIP after a reply or from their page, any amount, by card or with Club credit. Tips are optional, carry the same platform fee, and aren't refundable once paid.
Replies and refunds
If a VIP doesn't reply before their deadline, you're refunded in full automatically. Once a VIP has replied, the message is complete. See our refund policy for details.
What a reply is, and isn't
Replies are the VIP's personal views and general guidance. They are not professional advice for your specific situation. A message to a doctor, physiotherapist, psychologist, mindset coach, nutritionist, trainer or yoga teacher is not a diagnosis, therapy, a treatment plan or emergency care. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Using Inner Circle respectfully
- No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, spam, or anything illegal.
- Don't share other people's private information, and don't pretend to be someone else.
- Don't try to arrange payments outside Inner Circle.
- VIPs must reply honestly and in their own words, and must not publish a guest's message without the guest's permission.
- Replies are private. Don't share, screenshot for posting, or publish a VIP's reply without their permission. Replies you see are marked with your email address. Sharing a reply without permission can get your account removed, with no refund.
We may remove messages or accounts that break these rules, and refund guests where appropriate.

Messages are private to the guest and the VIP. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
Our responsibility
We work to keep Inner Circle running smoothly, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any message is limited to the amount you paid for it.
